Slightly before class, Ghanima slipped into her office to send out an email. She still hated the infernal computers, but at least they were useful for things like this.

Ghanima was supposed to be inspecting the trade agreement from the Ixian ambassador that Leto had sent her, and she was, if 'inspecting' meant wading it up and throwing it in the trash.

Which is exactly where it belonged.

Drafting up next week's class was much more entertaining.

Despite the fact she had held office hours all weekend, Ghanima still came in today. She needed the distraction from her suddenly too-quiet suite, and there was always an off-chance a student might have a question.

Even the office seemed too quiet and too large without Leto.

After the brunch, Ghanima headed to her office. She had the lesson for tomorrow to finish, and it would give a few more parents a chance to straggle in.
